Functional. Ergonomic. Customised. We can handle the construction of jigs, gauges, measuring fixtures and assembly systems, from the design through to series maturity. Our ASAP experts create clamping and fastening concepts and manufacture jigs, including assembly, measurement and commissioning. 

We have extensive expertise and many years of experience with pneumatics, PLCs and EPLAN. Our team specialises in virtual validation and creates RPS specifications and alignment concepts. We aim for the successful and punctual completion of all projects.

We take care of all the measurement technology and carry out endurance test drives and functional testing. We collect and provide ADAS/AD environmental data and take care of all labelling activities for the validation of advanced driver-assistance systems.
