For the ninth time in succession: ASAP Group honored as 'TOP Employer'

The ASAP Group has been named Germany's 'TOP Employer' for the ninth time in succession. With 11th place, the development partner to the automotive industry once again achieved a very good ranking in the 'Automotive and Suppliers' category. In the overall ranking, ASAP is ranked 187th out of 1,000. Based on Germany-wide online surveys and employer evaluations, the news magazine Focus and FactField, a research institute for sound data collection and analysis, select the award winners.

The ASAP Group's renewed award as a 'TOP Employer' confirms the Group's commitment to its 1,700 employees at nine locations in Germany. Michael Neisen, CEO of the ASAP Group, explains: "In addition to our strategic and technological focus, the key to our success is every single person who makes our innovative solutions possible. The passion and enthusiasm of our employees for the mobility of the future is what drives and brings us forward as the ASAP Group. The WE is at the heart of ASAP and is firmly anchored in our identity. The renewed 'TOP Employer' award confirms that we will continue on this path, continue to focus on corporate culture in the future and see it as a guideline for our actions." The focus on employee satisfaction is reflected in a high level of employer attractiveness. In 2023, the Group once again recorded strong personnel growth at all locations. In addition to the innovative and challenging projects relating to the megatrends of autonomous driving, e-mobility and connectivity, this is due to the attractive working conditions at ASAP. Flexible working time models, mobile working, workation, additional vacation days and a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom are standard at ASAP. In addition, ASAP supports employees with an extensive training program and offers a wide range of opportunities for further development. "The results of our employee survey last year were once again very positive. Almost 90% of our employees are very satisfied with their working environment at ASAP. However, we are not resting on our laurels, but are staying on the ball in order to remain a top employer in automotive engineering in the future." This is the goal of ASAP's 'Better together' cultural initiative. Since 2021, numerous colleagues have been working intensively on the further development of the corporate culture and ASAP as an employer. Consisting of interdisciplinary teams, various workforces, including on employee relations, spirit, leadership responsibility and mental health, are shaping the ASAP Group into a top employer in times of hybrid working and New Work. The measures developed in this participatory manner are gradually being implemented throughout the company.

About the 'Top Employer' award
The 'TOP Employer' award provides employees with important guidance: the result is based on a representative survey by Statista, employer ratings on Kununu and a survey of Xing members. Employees and workers of all hierarchical and age levels were surveyed. For the largest survey of its kind in Germany, kununu analyzes around 4 million reviews from more than 950,000 companies. The 1,000 best employers are honored annually as 'Germany's Best Employers'.
